Non-violent Conflict Resolution through Forgiveness
Breaking the Cycle - blog post

“I forgive you” that’s a powerful thing to say to someone who has caused such grief and pain to you, it takes courage and strength to say that but it releases the hate in you and allows you to keep going in life. This was the message Mary Foley gave today – her words as a mother who lost her daughter through violence were encouraging.

John’s stories of his hero’s like Martin Luther King Jr. and Gandhi inspired us to lift our heads, and make the right choices in life, choices that will change our community. If we do that, then Adam Regis will not have died in vain.

Thank you for inviting me to this assembly -part of the re-launch of the murder enquiry for Adam Regis. I was deeply moved by the sensitivity of your approaches. I am very interested in setting up some links with you, to move this message forward.
